Hermes on the free plan, and credits per seat

Use Hermes on the free plan, with 1,000 credits a month, and see them on the Billing page.

• Early Access includes 4,000 credits a month for each seat, shared across your organisation.
• On the free plan, an Owner can select Add a Card for Hermes to keep going past the free credits, at $20.00 per 1,000 credits.

Removed seats paid to the period end

Remove a member on the Members page, and a paid Early Access seat and its Hermes credits last until the end of the billing period.

• Filling the seat again before then costs nothing more.

Subscribing again after a cancellation

Select Upgrade on the Billing page to subscribe again once a cancelled subscription has ended.

Fixes

• Billing offered Reactivate for a subscription that had ended, and Reactivate always failed.
