An app's audit history

Last updated: October 24, 2026

Who can do this: administrators and owners.

What it does

An app’s audit history shows when and why the app changed, such as who updated it or why it stopped. View Audit History, in the More Actions menu on an installed app’s page, opens that app’s audit page in a new tab. Read it the way Audit history on a record describes.

ColumnWhat it shows
StatusThe app going from Enabled to Disabled, or back, and from Installing to Enabled when it first connects
VersionThe version before and after an update. An app your organisation built also records each version you publish to it, under the person who published it.
ConnectionEach detail you give to connect the app, such as a shop’s web address
PermissionsThe app’s permissions before and after an update that approves new ones
Connected AccountThe account the app connected or disconnected
DeliveriesDeliveries to the app going from Running to Paused, or Paused to Resumed
ReasonWhy Lucrii paused deliveries, resumed them or turned the app off
  • A change Lucrii makes itself shows System, with the Reason.
  • Lucrii pauses deliveries after 5 fail in a row, and turns the app off when they keep failing.

Other changes are on other pages:

ChangeWhere it is
The settings in the app’s Connector Settings cardNot on the audit page. They belong to the app
Installing and uninstalling the appOrganisation audit history. Lucrii writes Integration Uninstalled there as System, with the Reason, when the app’s developer deletes the app
A change the app makes to an order or a contactThat order’s or contact’s audit page, under the app’s name and badge

How to use it

  1. Open the app from the App Store, select Manage, then select Open Application.
