Help pages for every feature

Ask Hermes how Lucrii works from the Ask Hermes button, and Hermes answers from the help pages for Lucrii’s 69 features. Where Lucrii does not do what you asked, Hermes says so and names the closest feature. Help answers only cover what you can use. A feature your role or plan does not include stays out of the answer.

  • The help pages are on the docs site, in nine areas. Each page lists the steps by their on-screen labels.

Fixes

  • After a few turns, Hermes could say it had added a tag or a note when nothing had run.
  • A reloaded conversation lost the opening line of a reply that looked something up.
  • A streamed reply could run two sentences together.

Scrolling and empty lists

Scroll down a list, such as your inbox, orders, items, locations or contacts, and the next page loads below the rows you already have. A reload or a shared link opens the list at the top.

Fixes

  • Scrolling down a list could make the first page vanish as the next page loaded.
  • An empty list didn’t say whether it had nothing yet or your filters hid everything.

Orders

Creating a customer or vendor on an order

Create a customer or vendor without leaving a new order, with Create new customer or Create new vendor at the top of the picker. A short contact form opens over the order with the name you typed. Lucrii then picks the saved contact.

  • Use the arrow keys and Enter to choose from any customer, vendor, location or item search.
  • Switching a new sales order to a purchase order shows the purchase order columns and cost prices.
  • The Expected Date calendar on quotes and purchase orders starts at today in your organisation’s timezone. You can only pick a day the order will accept.
  • The ship-from list picks up a stock location as soon as you add or rename it.

Fixes

  • The Duplicate and Download menu did not close after you chose from it.

Locked lines on an order

You can correct a locked line on an order’s edit page by adding a new line, or record a refund on its payments card. A line locks once any of its units are fulfilled, cancelled, returned or refunded. Its price, discount, tax and currency are fixed. Once any line locks, the order’s currency and Order Discount are fixed as well.

  • Hover over a greyed-out Currency or Order Discount to see why.
  • When you edit the order, a line’s fulfilled, received, cancelled and returned counts show on separate lines.

Purchase order and quote documents

Download a purchase order from the order page, headed with your logo or business name like your invoices and quotes. Installed templates show these changes too.

  • The vendor’s details are under Vendor, beside Deliver To and Bill To.
  • Addresses on every document print only the parts you have filled in.
  • Select anywhere in the Send Quote message box to start typing.

Creating a contact from a picker

Create a contact from the company or primary contact picker with Create new organisation or Create new contact, at the top of its list. The short contact form from the order pickers opens over the page. Cancel or Esc returns you to the field. Your search is still there.

  • A contact made from a picker gets your organisation’s default country and Default Currency, like one made on the contacts page.
  • The Company column in the contacts list shows the company a person works for. Sorting by Company follows the same names.
  • Pickers open on suggestions before you type.

Fixes

  • Older notes stopped loading partway down a long notes timeline on contacts, sites, tasks, orders, items and stock locations.
  • You could open and change a site from a company it does not belong to.

Inventory

Average cost and available stock

Read Average Cost Price on an item to see the average you have paid per unit for stock received on purchase orders. It reads None until the first receipt.

  • The items list and the variants table label “available” the quantity left to sell after open sales orders take what they have reserved.
  • An item’s location table shows the quantity held at each location.
  • Export writes one row per item and one per variant. It stops at 10,000 rows.

Fixes

  • Set as default on a location left its menu open.
  • Returning to an import that had since gone did not open the upload step, which offers any import still under way.

A default tax

Set a tax as your default in Settings, under Taxes, and each item you create starts on it. Open the tax and select Set as default from More Actions. A Default badge marks it.

  • Your first tax becomes the default. While you have any taxes, one of them is the default.
  • Where you already had several, the oldest became the default.
  • A new item starts on the default tax, however you create it. You can still choose another tax or None. Existing items keep theirs.
  • Lucrii greys out Delete on the default while you have other taxes. Hover over it to see why.
  • You can always delete your last tax, for a business that stops collecting tax.

Boards

Default columns on a work board

Create a work board and it starts with New, In Progress, On Hold and Done columns, each matched to a task status. Drop a card on Done to complete its task.

Fixes

  • After you dragged a card between columns, a column header could count the wrong number of cards.

Projects out of the sidebar

Find your work boards and tasks under Work Boards in the sidebar. Projects is out of the sidebar. Its entry had a Coming soon badge and opened a Launching Soon page with nothing to fill in. No record in Lucrii belonged to a project, so removing the entry doesn’t delete anything you made.

Settings

Your level, achievements and Quest Chart on My Progress

Open My Progress from the menu under your name, at the foot of the sidebar, to see your level, achievements and Quest Chart. A summary shows your level, streak, achievements collected and quests finished. The Leaderboard, Quest Chart and Achievements tabs are below it.

  • The Achievements tab lists every achievement, collected or not, coloured by tier.
  • Every member of your organisation sees your level and achievements on your member page while achievements are on. They see your Quest Chart there while quests are not Off.
  • A member with no progress yet shows at level one.
  • Your profile has no Profile Visibility or Achievement Notifications switch. Achievements you had hidden show on your member page.
  • Celebrations always play.

Setting up your organisation

Set up your organisation in the setup wizard, where the employee count and tax rate questions show an example answer. The tax switch reads “I collect tax”.

  • Creating an organisation keeps the country, currency and timezone you chose. A Melbourne business stays on Melbourne time.
  • The owner of your root organisation can create another organisation from inside a child organisation or a demo.
  • The timezone list includes British Columbia and Alberta, which leave Pacific and Mountain Time in late 2026.

The quests setting

Choose how quests arrive for your whole organisation in Settings, under General, from the three cards under Quests. Only an administrator or above can change it.

  • Offered lets Hermes offer a quest a couple of seconds after a member opens a screen that has one.
  • On request keeps quests on the Quest Chart until a member starts one, and Hermes never offers them.
  • Off takes quests away for the whole organisation.

Reassigning roles on the Members page

Reassign roles on the Members page with Reassign Role, which starts on the role your selected members already share. Reassign stays greyed out until the choice would change someone.

  • Selecting a row on the Members or team members list opens that person’s page in the same tab.
  • The Invite Members panel fits a laptop screen. Its form scrolls. The Invite Members button stays below it.

Fixes

  • Set as default on a template left its menu open.

Hermes AI

Opening a page from Hermes

Ask Hermes for a page of the app, such as your Quest Chart, and Hermes takes you there. The panel then closes. Hermes only opens a page your role and plan let you use. Hermes doesn’t open a part of Lucrii your organisation has turned off either.

  • The Tools row under the reply lists Open Page.

Quests and the Quest Chart

Follow Hermes through a job in short steps, from an offer under the Ask Hermes button or from your Quest Chart. More than 30 quests cover contacts, orders, inventory, work boards, the inbox, Hermes, your team and the App Store. Each step lights up the control it is about. Hermes skips a step you have already done.

  • Choose Let’s go, Later or Don’t ask again on an offer.
  • Hermes makes at most one offer every 10 minutes, and none on a screen narrower than a tablet.
  • A gold ! on the Ask Hermes button means this screen has a quest you can start. A grey ? means a quest you paused can pick up here.
  • Select Resume on the bar at the bottom of the screen to carry on a paused quest, even after a reload.
  • Administrators choose how quests arrive in General organisation settings.

Integrations

Help lookups over MCP

Ask an MCP client connected on the MCP page how Lucrii works, and it looks up Lucrii’s help pages. Each answer links to the help page and, where there is one, to the matching page in Lucrii. A help lookup doesn’t use credits.

  • The copy button beside the MCP address is always visible. It shows Copied once the address is on your clipboard.
  • The button says Could not copy to clipboard when your browser blocks it.

Fixes

  • Update in an installed app’s Manage menu left the menu open.

Account

Open a link from a Lucrii email, such as a notification, and sign in. Lucrii then opens the page the link pointed at.

  • Lucrii keeps that page through a password or Google sign-in, and through the second factor that follows either.
  • Signing up from that login page keeps it as well.
  • Lucrii refuses a link to another site and opens your dashboard instead.
