Your profile

What it does

Profile is the first page under Settings and the only one about you rather than the organisation. Details takes your first name, last name and email. Profile Picture takes an image you upload by selecting the avatar. Email Signature is your own signature for this organisation. Change Password takes your current password and a new one.

Two-Factor Authentication follows, then a Connected agents section listing the AI agents you have authorised through MCP.

Before you start

This page is open to every member, whatever their role.

Quests and achievement notifications follow your organisation’s settings, and the profile has no switch for them. Celebrations always play, as a fade when your device asks for reduced motion. Every member of your organisation can see your level, your achievements and your Quest Chart on your member page.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings, then Profile.
  2. Edit First Name, Last Name or Email, then select Save Details.
  3. Select the avatar to upload a picture. An image of 192 by 192 or larger is recommended.
  4. Write your signature into Email Signature and select Save Signature.
  5. To change your password, fill in Current Password and New Password, then select Change Password.

Save Details and Change Password are unavailable until you change something in the form, and Save Signature is unavailable until your signature differs from the one already saved.

Your personal email signature applies to the organisation you are in. It replaces the organisation’s default signature whenever you have set your own.

Troubleshooting

If a section fails to load, such as your signature or two-factor status, the page says so rather than show a blank or wrong value.

  • Two-factor authentication and passkeys: The security panel on the profile page enrols an authenticator app, registers passkeys and issues backup codes.
  • General organisation settings: Name, logo, currency, country, timezone, business type, email signature, the two consent switches and the quests setting for the organisation.
  • Achievements, levels and the leaderboard: Work in Lucrii pays experience towards levels and achievements, and the leaderboard ranks the organisation by season.
  • Quests: Hermes walks you through a job one step at a time, lighting up each control and moving on when you do what the step asks.
