Settings is where the organisation and your own account are set up. The organisation side covers the name, the logo, the currency, the country and the timezone every record is read against, the taxes an order charges, the units quantities are counted in, the templates a quote or an invoice is printed from, and the members, teams and roles that decide who may do what. Billing sits here too, with the plan, the seats and the usage against the plan’s limits. The profile side is yours alone, covering your name, your picture, your email signature, your password and the two-factor methods you sign in with.

- Your profile: Your name, email, picture, personal email signature and password are all on the profile page.
- Two-factor authentication and passkeys: The security panel on the profile page enrols an authenticator app, registers passkeys and issues backup codes.
- General organisation settings: Name, logo, currency, country, timezone, business type, email signature, the two consent switches and the quests setting for the organisation.
- Plan, usage and payment: The billing page shows the current plan, seats, usage against the plan limits, Hermes AI credits, storage and payment details.
- Members and invitations: The members page lists everyone in the organisation, with the invitations, role changes and access revocations beside them.
- Teams: Teams group members under a manager, and each team has its own page, members card and audit history.
- Taxes: Taxes are the rates an order charges, each with a name and a percentage.
- Units of measure: Units are the singular and plural names quantities are counted in on items and order lines.
- Document templates: Templates decide how a quote, invoice or purchase order looks, installed from a gallery and set up per organisation.
- Demo organisations: Demo organisations are seeded copies of Lucrii to explore, created from templates and reset or deleted when you are done.
- Creating another organisation: An owner creates a second organisation through a short Hermes wizard, and it is billed through its parent.
