Teams

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

What it does

Teams lists every team with its name, manager and the dates it was created and last updated. Create Team opens a form with a Name and a Manager, either one of the organisation’s members or the No manager option.

A team’s own page repeats those details and adds a Members card. Add Members opens a panel listing everyone not already in the team, with a checkbox each and a count of how many you have selected. Selecting a member’s row opens their member page. Ticking rows in the members table offers Remove from Team.

The header of a team page offers Edit, and a More Actions menu with View audit history and Delete.

Before you start

Reading the list is open to every member. Create Team and Delete need administrator or above.

Editing a team is wider: an administrator edits any team, and a team’s own manager edits theirs once their organisation role reaches team leader. A plain member can be made manager, and a manager below team leader sees the team without an Edit button.

Removing someone from a team does not remove them from the organisation.

Deleting a team asks you to confirm first, and cannot be undone.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings, then Teams under Organisation.
  2. Select Create Team.
  3. Enter a name, and pick a manager if you have one in mind.
  4. Select Create.
  5. On the new team’s page, select Add Members, tick the people to add, and select Add.

You can open a team’s audit history from More Actions on its page.

  • Members and invitations: The members page lists everyone in the organisation, with the invitations, role changes and access revocations beside them.
  • General organisation settings: Name, logo, currency, country, timezone, business type, email signature, the two consent switches and the quests setting for the organisation.
  • Audit history on a record: A record’s audit page is the dated list of what was changed on it, by whom, with the value before and after each change.
