Achievements, levels and the leaderboard

What it does

Ordinary work in Lucrii pays experience. A quote or an order you raise counts. So does a contact, an item or a location you add. Sending a document pays, and so do a note, an order paid in full, an order fulfilled and a quote converted. Logging in for the day pays on its own.

Experience raises your level, and every level has a title. Your level is on the My Progress page, which you open with My Progress in the menu under your name, at the foot of the sidebar. The summary at the top of the page shows the level and its title above a progress bar towards the next one. Beside them are your run of consecutive days, how many of the available achievements you have collected and how many quests you have finished.

The Leaderboard, Quest Chart and Achievements tabs sit under the summary. The summary stays off the Quest Chart tab, where the chart fills the page. Leaderboard and Achievements show while your organisation has achievements on. Quest Chart shows while your organisation’s quests setting is not Off. Quests, under Related, explains the Quest Chart.

The Achievements tab lists every achievement, collected or not. A collected one is coloured by its tier, from bronze up to diamond, and shows the experience it paid. The rest are grey, and a hidden one stays a secret until you have it. A running total unlocks some of them. A streak, a milestone or something rarer unlocks the rest. Streaks pay out at 5, 10, 20, 40, 60, 130 and 260 days.

The Leaderboard tab ranks the organisation’s top 100 by experience for one season. Seasons run a quarter each. Medals mark the top three and your own row is highlighted. Previous and Next walk the seasons that have run, back through the finished ones and forward as far as the current season, which is marked Current beside its name.

Before you start

An organisation with achievements switched off hides all of it. The summary drops your level and achievements, the Leaderboard and Achievements tabs go, and notifications stop. With quests Off as well, the menu under your name has no My Progress entry. A link to My Progress then opens the Inbox.

A season that has not started yet has no standings, so you cannot look ahead past the current one. Previous turns off on the earliest season, and Next turns off on the current season. Opening an upcoming season from a link still shows it, with Previous set to take you back to the current season.

Levels and achievements are counted for one organisation at a time. A second workspace starts you again from the beginning.

How to use it

  1. Open the menu under your name at the foot of the sidebar and select My Progress.
  2. Read your level, streak, achievements and quests in the summary at the top.
  3. Select Leaderboard for the standings for the season named at the top. The live one is marked Current.
  4. Select Previous or Next for the season either side, as far back as the records go and as far forward as the current one.
  5. Select Achievements for every achievement, collected or not.

A card celebrates each new level and each achievement you collect. Every member of your organisation sees your level, your achievements and your Quest Chart on your member page.

Troubleshooting

If the list of seasons will not load, the page says so.

If your own level and streak will not load, the page says so and your row is not highlighted.

If your achievements will not load, the summary says your experience and achievements could not be loaded. The Achievements tab is empty until they load.

  • Quests: Hermes walks you through a job one step at a time, lighting up each control and moving on when you do what the step asks.
  • Your profile: Your name, email, picture, personal email signature and password are all on the profile page.
  • Signing up and logging in: An account is opened with an email address, with Google, or from an invitation, and logging in supports a password, Google, a passkey and a second factor.
  • Setting up your organisation: A Hermes-led wizard collects the organisation’s name, locale, business type, tax, first team and your role before the app opens.
  • The feature roadmap: The roadmap is a night sky of features, each a star marked released, in progress or planned.
