Audit history and moving between orders

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

What it does

The audit page for an order lists what was changed, by whom and when, grouped by day, newest first. Each entry is tagged as a creation, an update or a deletion. An update lists each field that moved, with the value before and the value after. The page opens in its own tab and leaves the order where you were reading it.

The arrows at the right of the order header step to the order before and the order after. They follow the list you arrived from, with its filters and its sort order. A filtered list is stepped through in the order the list itself shows.

Before you start

An arrow is unavailable at the ends of the list, and while Lucrii is still checking the order before or after.

An order opened from outside a list, such as through a link in an email, arrives without filters or a sort order. The arrows then walk the orders of its own type in the default order.

Field-by-field changes are what the audit page records. For a note, a send or a payment written out as a sentence, read the order’s own timeline.

How to use it

  1. Under More Actions, select View audit history. The page opens in its own tab.
  2. Select Load more at the foot of the audit page to read further back.
  3. Back on the order, use the up and down arrows in the header to step to the order before and the order after.

Where the header is too narrow for the arrows, Previous Order and Next Order are under More Actions.

Troubleshooting

If both arrows are unavailable and you are not at either end of the list, Lucrii could not check the neighbouring order.
