- See who else is on a record See who else has an order, contact, item, location, task or work board open, in its header.
- Record search, keyboard shortcuts and help Press Cmd+K, or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux, to find or create an order, contact, item, task or location.
Inbox
Deleted records show struck through
See a record deleted since another record named it struck through, with no link to open. Lucrii shows the name struck through in a list’s columns, on an order’s line items and in the cards on a record’s page.
- An order line keeps its quantity, price and total when its item, variant, unit or tax is deleted.
Inbox count and notification emails
See how many orders and tasks in My Inbox have an unread update beside Inbox in the sidebar. Choose which emails Lucrii sends you with the switches in Notifications, under You in Settings.
Orders
Sending a document says what it needs
See in the send window that a message is needed before you can send. A bulk send of quotes, invoices or purchase orders skips an order with no customer or vendor. It says why, as in “The quote has no customer.”
Sign-in, sign-out and account security
Log out from the menu under your name, or with Log Out on the Log Out page. Removing a member disconnects their apps and ends their API credentials in the organisation and its demo organisations.
Create and Save at the top of each record's form
Use Create and Save at the top of each record’s create and edit form, where they stay as you scroll. Leaving a form with unsaved changes opens Discard Changes, with Keep Editing and Discard.
Saving beside other people
Save a record that someone else changed while you were editing, and Lucrii keeps their changes and yours. Where you both changed a field, Resolve Edit Conflicts shows both values and offers Keep Theirs or Keep Mine.
A team manager's card
Hover over a team’s manager on the team’s page to see whether they are online.
Fixes
- Someone whose connection dropped without them closing Lucrii kept showing Online on their card.
Removed members show struck through
See a member you removed struck through wherever a record names them, with no link to open. Lucrii keeps their name on the records they worked on. Once the person joins again, their name shows as before.
See who else is on a record
See who else has an order, contact, item, location, task or work board open, in its header. A chip beside the buttons shows their avatars and says who is there, as in Sarah is editing · 2 viewing.
- When someone saves, the page shows their change at once.
Confirmed senders and address changes
See Unverified Sender on an order’s timeline when Lucrii can’t confirm a reply came from the address it names. To change your email address, enter it in Profile, then open the link Lucrii sends to it and select Verify Email.
- A Google sign-up on gmail.com or Google Workspace confirms your address.
Who made each change in audit history
See on a record’s audit page whether a person, a connector, a customer or Lucrii made each change. A change through Hermes reads “Sam Lee via Hermes”, and one through an MCP client reads “via MCP”.
Contacts
Finding a primary contact
Search Primary Contact on an organisation’s form to find any of your people by name.
Fixes
- Primary Contact could miss people who match your search when organisations matched it too.
Record search, keyboard shortcuts and help
Press Cmd+K, or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux, to find or create an order, contact, item, task or location. Press ? for Keyboard Shortcuts, such as G then S for Sales Orders.
- The Help button beside Ask Hermes opens Help for This Page, Keyboard Shortcuts and All Help Pages.
Boards
Completing a task from its edit form
Move a task into a Completed column from its edit form, and it completes as it does when you drag it.
Fixes
- Moving a task into a Completed column from its edit form noted a status change. The task’s notes say you completed it, as they do when you drag it.
Settings
Confirm it's you before sensitive changes
Confirm it’s you in one window before changes such as adding a passkey or installing an app. Lucrii asks once 10 minutes have passed since you logged in or last confirmed.
- Making someone an Administrator or Owner asks you to confirm it’s you first.
- Change Password offers to disconnect MCP clients and command-line sign-ins.
Date and number formats
Choose a region and a clock under Formats in Settings to set how Lucrii shows dates, times and numbers to you. An administrator sets the organisation’s defaults on General.
- Each region shows a sample, such as 16 Oct 2026, 3:12 pm · 1,234.56.
- Choose Manitoba in the timezone list. The labels for Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia give the offset each keeps all year from November 2026.
- Setting up an organisation from a browser in Canada or Argentina fills in the country and its currency.
Invitations follow their sender's role
An invitation stops working once its sender can no longer give the role it offers. The invitee sees that when they open the link and can ask for a new one.
- Resend an invitation that stopped working, and its new link works. Created By on Invitations and Invited By in Audit History name you as its sender.
Open pages follow a sign-out or a removal
See a page you have open reload when you lose access to what it shows. Signing out sends your other open pages in that browser to the login page.
Organisation and app audit history
Open Audit History at the end of Organisation in Settings to see who changed your organisation, and when. Choose View Audit History in an installed app’s More Actions menu to see changes to that app.
Subscription and app version history
See your subscription and Hermes spend limit in your organisation’s Audit History, beside the plan. An app’s history shows each version published to it and the permissions an update approves.
