43 changes across 7 areas
Highlights
- Saved views Save a list's filters, search, sort and columns as your own view, or share it with your organisation.
- Bulk actions on orders Tick quotes, sales orders or purchase orders, then choose an action from the bar.
- Importing and exporting contacts Select Actions, then Import, on the Contacts list to bring people, organisations and their locations in from a spreadsheet.
Inbox
Filters and Mark as Read in the inbox
You can filter the inbox and mark many of its orders and tasks as read at once. Mark as Read changes nothing on the orders and tasks themselves.
- Filter by Type, Unread, Status, Priority, Due Date, Assignee and Team.
- The view list offers All, Unread and the views you save or share.
- The team tab reads My Teams’ Inbox.
- Tick rows and select Mark as Read. It marks them as read, as opening each one does.
Assignee and an All view on order and task lists
Choose All, last in the view list on Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Tasks, to list every record. Won, lost, closed, cancelled and completed records show there too.
- Assignee is the one name for the person an order or task is assigned to. The grid columns, the filters, the record card, Edit Fields and the order history all read Assignee.
- In Edit Fields, Assignee takes a team, then a person from that team.
- The order export lists its columns as Team and Assignee, and the tasks export lists Assignee Email. The tasks file keeps its
owner_emailcolumn.
Lists open where you left them
Come back to a list by its breadcrumb or the sidebar and it shows your last search, filters, sort and columns straight away. An empty view says so by name, as in “No sales orders in Open.”
- Clear Filters on an empty view puts back the view’s own filters.
Fixes
- Demo Organisations says no record matches a search, where it said the list was empty.
Saved views
Save a list’s filters, search, sort and columns as your own view, or share it with your organisation. Quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, contacts, items, locations, tasks, work boards and the inbox keep views. A view keeps the search, sort and columns on Taxes, Units, Teams and Members in Settings, and the filters, search and columns in Bulk Activity.
- Once the list changes, the view list ends with Update View, Save As New View and Reset. Each saved view’s menu offers Rename, Duplicate and Delete View.
- A team leader or above can share views and change or delete shared ones.
- You can keep up to 50 saved views of your own on each list.
- Once changed, a built-in view reads Custom and a saved view its name and Edited. Reset puts it back.
- Each list opens on the view you last used, with its columns where the list keeps them.
Orders
Bulk actions on orders
Tick quotes, sales orders or purchase orders, then choose an action from the bar. Each skip reason lists the orders Lucrii skips, with a button to select them. The window checks as you choose, and its button counts the orders that change.
- Send Quote, Send Invoice and Send Purchase Order email each order’s document with one shared message.
- Mark as Won and Mark as Lost record a quote’s decision. Record Full Payment records what an order still owes.
- Date Won, Date Lost and Date Paid can be today or earlier. Leave one empty for today.
- Mark as Fulfilled and Mark as Received ship or receive everything outstanding.
- Edit Fields sets Assignee, and Expected Date on sales and purchase orders.
- Cancel, Tags, Watch, Unwatch and Delete match the order page.
- Typing a send’s message or a cancel’s staff note doesn’t start a check. Lucrii reads it as you confirm.
Exporting orders
Select Actions, then Export, on the Quotes, Sales Orders or Purchase Orders list to download the orders as a CSV file. Under Shape, choose Orders for one row per order or Order Lines for one row per line.
- Exporting is for a team leader or above.
Search, filters, columns and sort
Search and filter any list from one search box, and set its sort and columns from Columns and Sort. Taxes, Units, Teams and Members have Columns and Sort too.
- Select the search box for the Filter By fields, or type part of one. The list changes as you filter.
- Each filter chip reads as a sentence, such as Status is Open. Clear All Filters, the cross at the box’s end, removes them and your search.
- Status, Assignee and most other tick-box filters offer Is and Is Not. Tags offer Any Of, All Of and None Of.
- Sort By names each direction, such as Newest First or A to Z.
- Untick a column to hide it in place. Drag its handle or press the Up or Down arrow key on it to move it.
- Reset restores the view’s columns. Updated At and Updated By start hidden on Taxes, Units and Teams.
A daily limit on customer emails
You can send up to 50 customer emails a day on the free plan, and up to 1,000 on Early Access. Documents, public order notes, invitations, refund confirmations and cancellation notices count. The allowance refills evenly over 24 hours.
- An email counts once for each address it goes to.
- You must verify your email address before Lucrii sends customer emails for you.
- A bulk send covers at most 100 orders, and its window shows how many customer emails are available.
- A refund or a cancel on the order page goes through even when the limit is reached. If its refund confirmation or cancellation notice is not sent, Lucrii tells you.
- A bulk cancel’s message counts the orders whose cancellation notice was not sent.
Bulk actions with Hermes
Ask Hermes for a bulk action such as “record full payment on every unpaid invoice”, then approve its preview. A card under Hermes’ reply shows how many records will change and why Lucrii skips the rest. Select its confirm button or reply yes to run it. A delete or cancel of over 25 records runs only once you type the count on the card. The card then shows progress and the result.
- Ask Hermes to export records to a CSV file.
- Ask Hermes to exclude records, such as every open order not tagged wholesale.
- Ask how a job went, and Hermes explains its counts.
- Ask Hermes to import items with their opening stock, contacts, contact locations, locations, boards or tasks, and it opens where that import starts.
- Hermes and an MCP client give each date as YYYY-MM-DD. Lucrii reads it as that day in your organisation’s timezone.
Quests for bulk actions
Start three quests from your Quest Chart that walk you through a bulk action. Record payments on several orders follows Collect a payment. Tag several contacts at once follows Add sites to a company. Change prices on several items follows Create your first item.
- Keep notes on a contact opens once you finish Add people to a company.
Export file names and sort order
Export from any list, and the file name says which list it came from, as in sales_orders_selected_2026-10-01.csv. It also says which records you chose and the day you exported.
- Selected and Everything export in the list’s sort. All Matching exports in the list’s default order.
Exports that import back
Export Items or Contacts, then import the file back onto the records it came from. An import window shows the import already in progress, with View in Bulk Activity and Cancel Previous. A file may leave out any column except the ones its import needs, and Choose Columns keeps those ticked.
- Lucrii refuses an export over 1,024 columns and says how many to leave out.
Fixes
- An Items export did not always import back unchanged.
- Excel shows accented names in an Items export as you typed them.
Line totals in whole cents
Read any order, document, export or Xero invoice to see line totals, tax and order totals in whole cents that add up. The smallest unit of the order’s currency counts as a cent.
- The line totals add up to the order’s subtotal, or to its total when every taxed line is priced with tax included.
- An order saved before this change shows the same figures without being saved again.
- Changing a tax’s Percentage applies to order lines that choose the tax afterwards. Order lines you already have keep the rate they were charged at.
Notes, payments and fulfilments in exports
Export the notes on quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, contacts, items, locations and tasks from each list’s Export window. Sales orders and purchase orders also export their payments and fulfilments.
- Notes gives one row per note, with its record, author, text and the time it was written.
- Payments gives one row per payment, refund or chargeback, with refunds and chargebacks as negative amounts.
- Fulfilments gives one row per fulfilment or receipt line.
- Lucrii doesn’t import these files.
Field lengths and tag limits
Type up to each field’s limit in a form, and see a count under a note or a message as it nears its limit. Lucrii refuses a longer value from Hermes, an MCP client or an import, and the message gives the field and its limit.
- A note or Terms and Conditions can be up to 50,000 characters. A message or an Email Signature can be up to 5,000.
- A tag can be up to 100 characters. A contact, contact location, order, item or task can have up to 250 tags.
- A task or an order can have up to 250 watchers.
- An order can have up to 1,000 line items.
- Lucrii refuses a row with a cell longer than its column allows, or with more than 250 tags or watchers in one cell. Download Errors gets those rows.
Order totals in your currency
Read an order priced in another currency to see its total in your organisation’s currency, at the order’s exchange rate. Payments can add up to a different figure when the order is paid in parts or the rate changes later.
Fixes
- That figure did not match what a payment of the full amount records. It does, and it matches what the list’s Total filter reads.
Confirming a delete
Select Trash on a contact, contact location, item or order page, and Lucrii asks you to confirm. Delete on a task, tax, unit, team or stock location page asks the same. A bulk action opens the same window. It remains on screen while the delete runs, and closes once the delete finishes. Deleting several records from a list shows a count of the records.
- A confirm window’s title names what it does, as in Delete Work Board.
- Deleting over 25 records asks you to type the count.
Bulk Activity for one record
Open the changes that included a record from its page, under More Actions > View Bulk Activity. A line above the list links to the record. A contact location’s list has no link.
- Show All Jobs returns to every job.
- The Bulk Activity search box also finds a change by a record it included, such as #SO1008 or 1008.
Inventory
Bulk actions on items
Tick items on the Items list, or every item your search and filters match, then choose an action from the bar. Before you confirm, each action shows how many items will change and why Lucrii skips the rest.
- Edit Fields sets the category, vendor, tax, unit of measure, status, item settings or shipping details.
- Tags adds, removes or replaces tags.
- Adjust Stock adds or takes away stock at one location for up to 100 items.
- Adjust Stock and Delete are under More Actions.
Exporting items
Select Actions beside Create Item, then Export, to choose Records, Shape and Columns for the file. Lucrii prepares the file in the background, and a message says the export has started.
- Under Shape, Items gives one row per item or variant, with the item’s columns on each variant’s row.
- Stock by Location gives a row for each item or variant at each location where it has a stock figure.
- Team leaders can export items, as well as administrators and owners. Administrators and owners also see Import, which opens the item import on its Upload step.
- Lucrii shows the Actions menu to team leaders and above.
- An export has no row limit.
- Ask Hermes to export your items, and it starts the export for you.
Importing opening stock
Use the stock columns of the item import to bring in the stock you hold at each location. Select Actions beside Create Item, then Import. A stock cell above zero is opening stock where the item or variant has no stock history at that location.
- Lucrii values opening stock at the row’s cost price, and it counts toward Average Cost Price.
- Any other stock cell sets the stock at that location to its figure.
- Review counts both, as in “Opening stock for 3 items at 2 locations. Corrections for 1 item.”
- Importing is for an administrator or above.
Tags, option names and team names
Keep | out of tags, option names and option values, since an export separates values with it.
Lucrii refuses one as you add it, and again on save.
- A tag with
|shows “A tag can’t contain |.” when you press Enter. - On the Variants card, an option name or value with
|shows “An option name can’t contain |.” or “An option value can’t contain |.” - Lucrii refuses a bulk job that adds or replaces a tag holding
|. - An option holds at most 2,048 values.
- A team’s name can’t match another team’s name, even where only the capitals differ.
Bulk actions on locations
Tick rows on the Locations list in Inventory, then choose Archive, Restore or Delete from the bar. Before anything changes, you see which locations Lucrii will skip and why.
- Lucrii skips a location that holds stock when you archive or delete.
- Archiving your default location, when no other active location would be left, skips it too.
Weight units and Title Case labels
Choose g, kg, lb or oz for Shipping Weight Unit in bulk Edit Fields on the Items list. Labels in imports, bulk actions and the audit page read in Title Case, as the screen does.
Fixes
- Some labels were not in Title Case, such as In Progress and Confirm Mapping.
Changing prices on many items
Tick items on the Items list and select Change Price to set, raise or lower their sell, compare-at or cost price together. The window lists each item’s old and new price before you confirm.
- Raise or lower by a percentage or an amount, or set the price.
- Round to rounds to the nearest cent, 5 cents, 10 cents or dollar.
- Apply to Variants moves each variant’s price by the same rule.
Importing and exporting locations
Select Actions beside Create Location to export your locations as a CSV file, or to import one that creates or updates them by name. Check File refuses a row that archives a location holding stock.
- Exporting is for a team leader or above. Importing is for an administrator or above.
statusis active or archived. A blank address cell empties that part of the address.
More columns in the files an import reads
Import team members, task watchers and parents, the default location and option values from the files an export writes. An import skips a row that doesn’t change its record, and Check File or Review says how many rows it skips.
- A teams file has
member_emails. - A tasks file has
watcher_emailsand each task’s parent inparent_typeandparent_id, and a boards file has each board’sid. - A locations file has
default. - An Items file lists every value of each option.
- Every file an import reads back ends with
created_at,created_by,updated_atandupdated_by. An import ignores these four columns. - An import reads files of up to 1,024 columns.
- A file with more than 128 columns has a row limit below 50,000. Lucrii says how many fit when it refuses one.
- A column name can be up to 128 characters.
One drop area for import files
Pick the file for any import from a drop area, with Download Template under it. The drop area takes a CSV or TSV file of up to 25 MB and 50,000 rows.
Fixes
- Lucrii refuses a file with a header row and no data rows as you choose it, before any job starts.
- You can reach the item import’s drop area with the keyboard.
Blank cells when importing items
Select Import on the Items list to create and update items from one file. The review counts the values the file will clear before you start. The rows of one item share its ID or handle, and each may repeat the item’s columns.
- A blank item cell reads as the item’s other rows. A cell blank on every row of the item clears that field, such as Category.
- An item’s row followed by variant rows with blank item columns imports too.
- A column missing from the file doesn’t change anything.
- Lucrii lists an item’s row with a blank Title in Download Errors.
- A blank Status or on-or-off setting leaves it as it is.
Contacts
Bulk actions on contacts
Tick rows on the Contacts list, or every contact a filter matches, then choose Edit Fields, Tags or Delete from the bar. Before anything changes, you see which contacts Lucrii will skip and why.
- Edit Fields sets or clears the Company or the Default Currency.
- Tags adds tags unless you choose Remove or Replace under How to Change. The window’s title follows your choice at once.
- The search box filters by Type, Tags, Created or Company.
Importing and exporting contacts
Select Actions, then Import, on the Contacts list to bring people, organisations and their locations in from a spreadsheet. Import opens Import Contacts, which offers Contacts and Contact Locations, each a file of its own.
- The contact import matches each row by its ID, else its email, and creates or updates the contact.
- A Contact Locations row names its location by its ID, or by its contact’s ID or email and the location’s name.
- The review states what the file’s blank cells will clear before anything changes.
- Export writes Contacts or Contact Locations in the columns their import reads.
Bulk actions on contact locations and linked contacts
Tick rows in the Locations card on an organisation contact to delete several locations, or in a location’s Linked Contacts card to unlink several people. The bar shows Delete or Unlink. Before anything changes, you see which rows Lucrii will skip and why.
Boards
Bulk actions on tasks and boards
Tick tasks on the Tasks list, or select cards on a board, and choose Edit Fields, Move or Delete from the bar. Tick boards on the Work Boards list to delete them. Their cards stay in your task list.
- Edit Fields changes status, priority, Assignee, due date, tags or watchers.
- Each Edit Fields row has a checkbox, then a choice such as Set, Clear, Add, Remove, Replace or Shift.
- Due Date can shift by a number of days.
- Typing a closure note doesn’t start a check. Lucrii reads it when you confirm.
- Before anything changes, you see how many tasks will change and why Lucrii skips the rest.
Importing and exporting tasks and boards
Select Actions on the Tasks or Work Boards list to export a CSV file. Import takes a file with the same columns and creates or updates tasks and boards. Before an import saves anything, Check File shows what the file will create, update and clear.
- Export opens on All Columns on these lists. You can edit that file and import it straight back.
- Exporting is for a team leader or above. Importing is for an administrator or above.
Settings
Bulk Activity
Open Settings, then Bulk Activity under Organisation, to see imports, exports and changes to many records at once, with what happened to each record. Search and filter the list by kind, status, area, who started a job and when. A team leader sees the jobs on business records whoever started them, and administrators and owners see every job. A job’s page gives its result first, then a bar of outcomes and the settings it ran with.
- Bulk Activity lists a job as soon as it starts.
- An export’s file is in Bulk Activity when it is ready, and an email links to it.
- You can have three bulk actions or exports in progress at once, and start up to 120 jobs an hour.
- A bulk action covers up to 50,000 records.
- Bulk Activity keeps a finished job for 30 days.
Why a job stopped, in Bulk Activity
Open a failed job in Bulk Activity, or one Lucrii cancelled because nobody confirmed it, to read why it stopped. A failed job’s reason shows in red under its result. A job Lucrii cancelled gets a plain notice. Hermes’ card for the job gives the same reason.
- While a job runs, Cancel Job asks first. Keep Running leaves it running.
- A job that stopped before its first record doesn’t show counts.
- An import that failed before it reached a row reads The file could not be imported.
- Rows a stopped import never got to read Not Reached in the bar and in What Changed.
An organisation always has a currency
Pick a country in the setup wizard, and the organisation’s currency follows it until you pick a currency yourself.
- An organisation always has a currency. You can’t save Default Currency blank in organisation settings.
- Creating a sub-organisation works the same way.
Pages with achievements off
Switch Achievements off in Settings, under General, and every page keeps working. The switch takes levels, achievements and the leaderboard off the My Progress page for everyone. Only an administrator or owner can change it.
Fixes
- With Achievements off, every page in the organisation stopped responding.
Bulk actions on settings lists
Tick rows on the Taxes, Units or Teams lists in Settings, then choose Delete from the bar. Deleting every tax deletes your default tax last. Before anything changes, Lucrii checks every record and shows the ones it will skip.
- Reassign Role and Remove on Members check every person the same way, as do Resend Invite and Remove on Invitations. So does Remove from Team on a team’s Members card.
- On Members, the button reads Nothing to Change for a run that would leave the organisation with no owner.
- Members and Invitations are tabs at the top of Members, each with its count, beside Invite Members.
Importing and exporting taxes, units and teams
Select Actions on the Taxes, Units or Teams list in Settings to export it as a CSV file. Import takes a file back and creates or updates records by name. Check File counts what the file will create, update and clear before Lucrii saves anything.
- A tax file marks your default tax in its
defaultcolumn. - A team file names each manager by their email.
Fixes
- A second tax or unit could take a name that differed from another only in capitals. Lucrii refuses it.
Opening a team saved without its manager
Select Open Team to go straight to a team Create Team saved without its manager. Create Team offers it when it could not add the manager to the team’s members. Select Add Members there to add the manager.
Fixes
- Creating a team whose manager could not join it gave no link to the saved team.
Hermes AI
Opening a record or a link from Hermes
Ask Hermes to open a job, an order, a contact, an item or a task, and it opens that page. A link in Hermes’ reply to a page of Lucrii opens in the same tab and closes the panel. A link to another site opens in a new tab.
Bulk actions over MCP
Use a connected MCP client to preview and run bulk actions, start exports and read jobs, within the permissions you approved for it. It previews a change the way Hermes does, and runs it only once you approve.
- An MCP client cannot import. Imports happen only in Lucrii.
- An MCP client’s filter can exclude records as well as pick them.
- In Bulk Activity, its jobs show via MCP under Started By.
- Each job’s link opens its page in Bulk Activity.
- An MCP client reads a job’s times in your organisation’s timezone.
