Questions about inventory
Can I track services as well as products?
Yes. A service is an item that does not track stock, so it goes on quotes and invoices without a count.
Can I bring my product list in from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import a CSV file, match your columns to Lucrii's fields, and check the rows before anything is added.
How do sizes and colours work?
Add options to an item, such as Size and Colour. Each variant gets its own price and its own stock.
Can I keep stock in more than one place?
Yes. Add as many locations as you need, and each order says which one stock comes from or goes to.
Does my stock sync with Xero?
No. The Xero app sends quotes, invoices, purchase orders, payments and refunds. Your items and stock stay in Lucrii.
Is there a limit on how many items I can have?
No. Every plan, including the free plan, has unlimited items.
