Questions about Hermes
What is a credit?
Credits measure how much work Hermes does for you. A quick question uses fewer than a long job, and the billing page shows what you have used.
What happens when the credits run out?
On the free plan, Hermes pauses until they refresh, or you can add a card to keep going. On Early Access, you set a monthly spending limit.
Can Hermes change things without asking?
Hermes asks you to confirm before anything risky, and shows a preview before any bulk change.
Can I limit what my team does with Hermes?
Yes. Owners and Administrators decide what each role may do with Hermes.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Lucrii doesn't train AI models, and our agreements with Anthropic and Amazon Web Services stop them training on your data.
Can I turn Hermes off?
Yes. An Administrator can switch off Hermes AI in your organisation's general settings, which also stops him learning from how you work.
Where is my data kept?
Your records are hosted in Australia, on Amazon Web Services in Sydney. The sub-processors page lists every service that processes data and where.
