Who can do this: administrators and owners.

## What it does

Use Audit History to see who changed your organisation, and when. It is your organisation's audit page, read the way [Audit history on a record](/docs/account/audit-history.md) describes.

Audit History is the last item under Organisation in Settings. Its icon shows that it opens in a new tab. It records these changes:

- The settings on General, and the answers from the organisation's setup, such as the employee count and the industry.
- Invitations sent and removed, members joining, role changes and members removed.
- Apps installed and uninstalled, with the version. Changes inside an app are on [that app's audit history](/docs/integrations/audit-history.md).
- Sub-organisations and demo organisations created, and demo organisations reset and deleted. These show on the parent organisation's page.
- The organisation's first line. Organisation Created shows with Member Joined and Role for the person who opened it, on a new organisation and on each sub-organisation.
- Plan changes, Subscription Status, Cancellation (Scheduled, Undone) and Hermes Spend Limit.

Each change reads by its label, as in Member Joined or Integration Installed.

- A member joining shows the rows Member Joined, Role and Invited By. Invited By shows whoever last sent the invitation.
- Subscription Status shows a trial starting, and a trial, grace period or subscription ending. It also shows a payment that ends a trial or a grace period, and a failed payment that starts a grace period.
- The status before and after reads Trial, Active, Grace Period, Free or Cancelled. When the plan changes too, both show on one line.
- A change Lucrii or the billing portal makes shows System with the Reason.

## Before you start

Below administrator, Settings has no Audit History item.

## How to use it

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Audit History at the end of Organisation. The page opens in a new tab.
3. Select Load More at the foot of the page to read further back.

## Troubleshooting

A change you expected is missing. Lucrii doesn't record an invitation that lapses, a saved view or a personal setting.
