Review Quote opens the send window on a draft, and the send moves the quote to sent. From sent onwards the header offers Mark as Won and Mark as Lost, with Resend Quote under More Actions for the wait in between. Mark as Won raises a sales order from the quote and opens it. The sales order starts with the same team, owner and watchers as the quote, so the people following the deal go on following the work. ## Before you start Won and lost are both final. A quote in either state leaves the count of active quotes your plan limits, and you can delete it from then on. A lost quote can no longer be edited - the Edit button goes from the header. A won quote is still editable, and the sales order raised from it has a life of its own. ## How to use it 1. Open the quote and select Review Quote. 2. Check the preview, fill in the recipient and your message, and send it. 3. When the customer accepts, select Mark as Won. Lucrii opens the sales order it raises. 4. When the customer declines, select Mark as Lost.
