The day starts in one place rather than in four. A blue dot at the left of a row means something on that record has changed since you last opened it, and its tooltip counts the updates. The columns are ID, which shows the order or task number with its status badge, Title, Priority, Contact, Due Date, Payment Due, Assigned To and Latest Activity. A Due Date or a Payment Due that has arrived or passed is marked in red with a warning icon, read against your organisation's own calendar rather than yours. The date then reads the same for everyone and on the document sent about it. ## Before you start An order or task appears in your inbox where you own it or watch it, or where it has nobody assigned and belongs to one of your teams. Anything with an unread update appears regardless. Finished work drops out. A won or lost quote, a closed or cancelled sales order or purchase order, and a completed task are all gone from the list. The exception is one with an unread update left on it. ## How to use it 1. Select a column heading above the list to sort by it. 2. Type into the search box above the list to cut the list down. 3. Select a row to open the order or the task behind it. Anything unread on that record is marked as seen on the way through, and the dot goes with it. An inbox row stands for the order or task it summarises and has no identity of its own. The Title and Priority columns are filled for tasks, and Contact, Payment Due and the order status badge for orders.
