Each row gives the name, the type, the email, the phone, the company, the primary contact, your own reference, the shipping and billing addresses, and who created and last changed the record. For a person, Company shows the company they work for. The views above the table are All, People and Organisations. All shows everything, and the other two narrow to individuals and to companies. When you search or sort, the link in the address bar changes with you. Copy it to keep this list or send it to someone. More contacts load as you scroll to the foot of the table. A copied link opens at the top of the list, however far you scrolled. Above those are the Contacts and CRM tabs. Contacts is the table, and CRM is not built yet and says so. Selecting a row opens that contact. The create button at the top right starts a new one. ## Before you start Phone numbers show in the format for your organisation's country. If you switch organisations, a foreign number can look different. ## How to use it 1. Open Contacts from the sidebar. 2. Choose All, People or Organisations. 3. Search or sort to find the record you want. 4. Select the row to open it, or select Create Contact to add one. The create button and the usage banner show on the Contacts tab only.
