The heading gives the record and its type, and the entries below are grouped by day, newest first. Each entry is tagged Created, Updated or Deleted, and an update lists each field that moved with the value before and the value after. An entry shows who made the change and when, with a link through to that person's member page. A change Lucrii made for itself is attributed to System, with no link behind it. Orders, contacts, contact locations, inventory items, inventory locations, tasks, work boards, taxes, teams, document templates and units all have one. ## Before you start The audit page is always light and white, whatever theme you use elsewhere, since it is built to print. This page tracks changes field by field. A note, a document sent or a payment written out as a sentence belongs to its own timeline instead. ## How to use it 1. Open the record and select its More Actions menu. 2. Select View audit history. The page opens in a new tab and leaves the record where you were reading it. 3. Select Load more at the foot of the page to read further back. 4.
